In February this year I had a slight fall which resulted in a severe collapse of the T9 vertebra. Despite attending the hospital and my GP I was three times refused an xray despite a strong family history of osteoporosis. I was advised to have vertebroplasty to help the pain and deformity which did not help either in fact made the pain worse; I now suffer from chronic pain and all the life changes that ensue.
